
William A. Wiese, 77, of Indianapolis passed away on April 20, 2016. He was born on August 19, 1938 to Arthur George and Mariam Louise (Oaks) Wiese. William worked for the Indianapolis Star & News for 17 years, as a pipe fitter, and as a mechanic. He is survived by his wife Florence A. (Ingram) Wiese; sons Timothy G., William A., and Mark (Denise) Wiese; daughter Theresa (Terry) Wiese-Babbitt; grandchildren Bria Dodson, Alisha Dunkerson, Tracey Stuard, Tina Wiese, Christina Babbitt, Michelle Babbitt, Michael Babbitt, Tiffany Quilter, and Mark Wiese, Jr.; 13 great-grandchildren; brother James M. Wiese; and sister Beverly Stevens. He is preceded in death by his parents and sister Marta Darsak.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, April 25, 2016 at Indiana Funeral Care, Harry W. Moore Chapel, 8151 Allisonville Road, with visitation from 1:00 to 3:00 pm and a service immediately following at 3:00 pm.
